Personal Training sessions are one hour in length. The exercise, methods, and equipment will depend on your specific requirements.

1.5 hour Consultation and Fitness Assessment $75.00

A fitness assessment is important to help determine your current level of ability. We will determine your strengths and weaknesses and incorporate them into your personal fitness plan. Your assessment will included:
  • Personal Measurements
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Resting Blood Pressure
  • Body Composition
  • Designed personal fitness test
One-On-One Training Packages:
1 Session $65.00
5 Sessions $325.00
10 Sessions $600.00
Work-out with a Friend Packages:
1 Session $90.00
5 Sessions $500.00
10 Sessions $800.00
Small Group Training (4 people):
1 Session $30.00/person



Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notification is required to cancel or re-schedule a session. All personal training packages and sessions are to be pre-paid in full.
