SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING

Choice Fitness sports-specific approach provides the necessary understanding for each athlete to learn how their sport places unique demands upon their body. By using these demands as a guideline, our athletes will better prepare their body in all 5 areas that define the term strength.

  • FLEXIBILITY
Sports are multi-directional and varying in speed.  Young athletes must be taught how to move efficiently and quickly at angles (not just forward) and be ingrained with the knowledge and ability of how to decelerate (stop) and shift (change directions) as fast as possible
